    Gap Solution

The vast experience of dealing with global & grassroots NGOs as well as multinational corporate giants gave her an insight into the inter-relation between these two crucial, yet opposite stakeholders of the development sector.

After analysing the dynamics of NGOs & Corporate India in terms of present status of sectoral interventions, across many geographies and Corporate India's desire to help communities at large, it was felt that there is a genuine need for a social consulting firm to help NGOs & Corporate India to ensure inclusive growth with sustainable development for poor masses across various geographies Her long years of work experience in the development sector has shown that there is a need to bridge the gap between NGOs and Corporate to ensure large scale poverty reduction & social development through sustainable models.

Currently, most of dedicated NGOs are grappling to offer time bound solution for community led sustainable development model. They need support for capacity building on aspects of program designing, team management and system development, whereas Corporate India is struggling with issues of finding efficient partners & timely implementation of CSR projects for offering model solutions to various issues which needs intervention.

This aforesaid gap has led to genesis of "The Bridge". The Bridge would strive to become enabler for NGOs and Corporate India by adding value in their present endeavours of CSR programs. It is the need of the society. The founder wants to see both Corporate and NGOs working in tandem to transform the society in more responsive and transparent manner. She wishes that the Corporate look at CSR, as a strategic opportunity to get involved in governance of the country to have long term benefits, whereas NGOs should look at it as increased opportunities for system development and resource mobilisation leading to widespread transformation in lives of millions of poor families. They should jointly co-create and aim to replicate sustainable and scalable model.
